Affiliate Terms of Service for Drill Writers
Thank you for considering becoming an affiliate drill writer for Precisionmarching.com. These terms of service outline the terms and conditions of the affiliate relationship between you and Precisionmarching.com.
By becoming an affiliate drill writer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Referral Fee: Precisionmarching.com receives a referral fee of 18% of the total cost for the Production chosen by the band marching program you are assigned. Affiliate Drill writers (You) receive 82%. Once a production has been selected by the school, and the Affiliate drill writer (You) has completed the work to the satisfaction of the school and Precisionmarching.com, the amount of 82% will be paid to the Affiliate Drill writer by Precisionmarching.com in full by Direct Deposit via Zelle or Paypal.

Responsibilities Of An Affiliate Drill Writer: Once an affiliate drill writer has accepted work from Precisionmarching.com, they are fully responsible for meeting the deadlines and criteria for that school's specifications. It is the responsibility of the affiliate drill writer to communicate with the school Director to ensure that all specifications are met and that the deadline is met.

Suspension of Affiliate Status: In the event that the affiliate drill writer (You) fails to meet the timeline or criteria specified by the school, Precisionmarching.com reserves the right to suspend (You) the affiliate writer's status on partnership. The affiliate drill writer (you) will no longer be able to receive work from Precisionmarching.com, and any payments due to the affiliate drill writer will be forfeited.

Confidentiality: The affiliate drill writer (You) agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Precisionmarching.com and the schools associated. The affiliate drill writer (You) will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of Precisionmarching.com.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, upon written notice to the other party.

Amendments: Precisionmarching.com may amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to the affiliate drill writer. Any amendments will be posted on the Precisionmarching.com website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state of California.
